Der UnterDerWocheCocktail die 30.–The DuringTheWeekCocktail No. 30

Which cocktail started your 2015?
I took 2015 with a classic Martini Cocktail – with olives. Due to a salt hungry look on my face I received some olives extra on the side… I know – I’m a boring drinker…

DuringTheWeekCocktail will continue in 2015 of course! Not every single week maybe (the calories!!!!).

To begin with: the Texas Horses Neck. Different Bourbon Whiskeys are possible and their different flavors and character will be enlightened perfectly. Only lemon, sugar bitters and Ginger Ale are added and lead to a refreshing tasteful but not tooo simple mixture. I can feel the summer already…

Take
5 cl Bourbon Whiskey
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura-Bitters
Ginger Ale to fill up

Make
·         put all the  stuff (except Ginger Ale) in the Cocktail glass with ice cubes and stirr
·         add more ice cubes
·         fill Ginger Ale on top
·         insert straw in the glass
DRINK! Don’t worry – you’ll not regret it…
